Account Project Manager

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an Account Project Manager to own client relationships while managing project execution from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring clear communication, organized delivery, and successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal coordinator who keeps projects on track, aligned, and moving forward.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Manage client communication, expectations, and ongoing relationships

  • Translate client goals and requests into clear project plans and priorities

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

  • Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables from kickoff to completion

  • Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively

  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition from sales to project delivery

  • Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and account records

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support account growth

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Experience in account management, project management, or a hybrid role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus (e.g. GoHighlevel, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or MS Office)
