What You’ll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage client communication, expectations, and ongoing relationships
Translate client goals and requests into clear project plans and priorities
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively
Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure smooth onboarding and transition from sales to project delivery
Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and account records
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support account growth
Experience in account management, project management, or a hybrid role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus (e.g. GoHighlevel, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or MS Office)
