Appointment Setter / Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

To qualify B2B leads by building rapport, providing excellent customer service, and educating prospects on our service offerings and products.

Candidates must be capable of successfully meeting outbound/telesales targets.

Expectations

Be a top producer with previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and phone sales.

Represent our brand with integrity and respect by being an exceptional communicator in all situations.

Set 2-4+ appointments per day.

All you need to do is set the appointments, our Sales Team is responsible for closing them!

Compensation

You are paid for $4 -$7 per hour and an additional bonus.

Setting over 2-4 appointments per day is VERY attainable.

In addition, if the client signs up, you are paid a generous bonus!
On top of that - daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses are available!!

Your Responsibilities

  • Cold call businesses by using our cloud-based dialer telephone in order to educate, promote, solicit, and qualify them for our services/products.

  • Script provided, that we encourage you to personalize.

  • Make 200+ daily outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Business Lists will be provided.

  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our services and product in order to persuade potential customers.

  • Successfully overcome client objections.

  • Gather and coordinate required information for a sales prospect.

  • Achieve established goals and Key Performance Indicators.

Our Requirements

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as interpersonal skills using positive leadership models.

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience calling b2b or relevant customer-related experience.*

  • Proven track record in sales, appointment setting, customer development, sales generation, and achievement of sales results.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Through professional presence the ability to inspire trust, and integrity, influence client and staff members.
