What You’ll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Admin Virtual Assistant to support our team with day-to-day data management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases
Clean and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Organize digital files and maintain an efficient file management system
Generate and prepare reports as required
Assist with data research, collection, and analysis
Support administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and document preparation
Handle confidential information with integrity
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (VA experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with GoHigh Level
Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting tools
Prior experience supporting remote teams
