We run a SAAS Company call Wrazy, where we help Service-Based businesses acquire clients and grow using online marketing.
We’re looking for a rockstar assistant to help gain the interest of our prospective clients. We’re looking for someone to take over our established process to book appointments. All of the work will be done inside of LinkedIn chat and our CRM.
The prospecting and lead gen is already done and conversations already sparked, we need someone to reply and book those people into calls with our team.
Managing and reporting LinkedIn campaigns across multiple profiles.
Managing and reporting Email campaigns across multiple email accounts.
Booking Calls into our team's Calendar.
Following up and replying to leads.
Posting content on LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
Experience with social media and direct messaging platforms.
Hungry to learn and highly coachable.
Willing to learn new skills quickly and follow directions.
Technically savvy.
Easy to work with, positive energy and hardworking.
*Bonus: if you have experience with LinkedIn messaging.
