What You’ll Do

Our mission is to facilitate the accelerated growth of local businesses by providing them with exclusive, high-quality leads that are carefully targeted to their unique needs. Moreover, we offer assistance with automations, CRM, sales, and marketing funnels to optimize our clients' success.
Your Responsibilities
Manage internal projects and ensure timely delivery
Help with the onboarding of new customers
Work with the team to ensure the timely completion of tasks
Knowledge and experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM, create website / landing pages, manage automation and etc
Use ChatGPT Or other AI Tools to create website content
Review websites, read content and make sure it’s ready to go live
Help create procedures to improve efficiency
Assist with day-to-day responsibilities
Maintain effective communication with the team and clients
Other duties as assigned
Our Requirements
Strong understanding of technology
Strong QA abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience in project management or as a virtual assistant is a plus

Your Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Paid Days Off: 5 a year
Paid Holidays: USA Federal Holidays
